I had a fantastic stay at SK Residence. The rooms were clean and the facilities were well-maintained. The location was convenient, with great Thai food just steps away. The staff, especially Sally and Matt, were extremely kind and welcoming, making my first time exploring Thailand a phenomenal experience. Despite the beds being a bit hard, I still had a great night's sleep thanks to the excellent AC. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone on a budget looking to stay in Patong.

This hotel is off on a nice street, set away from the crazy of Patong, making it a peaceful and quiet oasis. The staff are friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with basic amenities provided. The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the bustling Bangla Road, yet still serene and calm.

WiFi connection in our room was a bit weak, but everything else was perfect.
